It's time to recognize business and professional excellence in Nassau County!

This award recognizes a graduate of the Leadership Nassau program who exemplifies outstanding leadership, community involvement, and professional excellence.

Distinguished Leadership Nassau Graduate Nominees must meet the following criteria:
  • Graduate of any Leadership Nassau class.
  • Actively involved in the Nassau County community. Please add examples in the narrative.
  • Shows measurable impact in their workplace, industry, or through nonprofit/volunteer efforts.
  • Inspires others to lead and make a difference in Nassau County.
Submission Criteria:
  • Self-nominations and nominations of others are allowed; Nassau County Chamber of Commerce Board members cannot self-nominate.
  • Responses must be limited to the space provided below.
  • Content or narrative for each nomination must be no less than 50 words to be considered; nomination narratives with one word or just the name of the business will not be accepted and deemed ineligible.
  • The recipient of this award from the previous year is not eligible for nomination in the same award category for 2026. CLICK HERE to see last year's winners.
Nominations must be received by Friday, November, 6, 2026.

Nassau County Chamber Award recipients will be chosen from among the qualified nominees by a weighted vote of the Chamber Board of Directors and Chamber members.
