The PRCA Equity & Inclusion Advisory Board (EIAB) is committed to setting benchmarks and defining excellence in equity and inclusion within the PR industry. By fostering a truly inclusive industry, the EIAB seeks to enhance visible representation across all sectors and disciplines, reflecting the diverse societies we serve.

We are currently looking for volunteers to join the Board and help us achieve our goals across our workstreams (disability, mental health and neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, Religious Beliefs, Age and Multigenerations in the workplace, Social Mobility and Gender).
Workstreams currently recruiting for additional representation include:

  • Disability
  • Mental Health and Neurodiversity
  • LGBTQIA+
  • Religious beliefs
  • Age and Multigenerations in the workplace

Joining the PRCA Equity Inclusion Advisory Board is commitment of a minimum 2-year term. Board members are expected to attend quarterly Board meetings (virtual), one in-person planning meeting a year and actively participate in core workstream connects.
Board members are active champions and allies for diversity, equity and inclusion and will actively leverage their network to drive forward the agreed priorities driving awareness and advocacy around inclusion and belonging in the PR and communications industry.
