Purpose: The CMAC Ontario Branch Idea Fair celebrates innovation, creativity, and practical excellence within Ontario clubs. It provides a platform for clubs to share successful initiatives, inspire peer learning, and showcase ideas that strengthen operations, enhance member and staff experiences, and contribute to the continued evolution of the private club industry.
Criteria: Submissions are accepted across all Idea Fair categories and focus on showcasing successful initiatives, programs, or concepts implemented by clubs. Entries should clearly communicate what was done, why it matters, and the value it delivered to members, staff, or operations. Ideas are evaluated by fellow members on how well they demonstrate excellence, creativity, and relevance, as well as their potential to be understood, adapted, or replicated by colleagues across other clubs.
Presented For: This award is presented to the club whose submission receives the highest number of votes from attendees at the CMAC Ontario Branch Annual Meeting. The winning entry reflects the idea that most strongly resonates with peers for its innovation, value, and contribution to advancing best practices across Ontario clubs.
