An Exploration of the Invisible Struggles of Living with Heart Failure

This survey is to be completed by those who have been diagnosed with heart failure/heart function problems only. This is where the heart muscle doesn't pump blood as well as it should. It is a life-long condition. Those diagnosed will be on designated medications to boost the pump function/ejection fraction of their heart. If this describes you, we would be most grateful if you would complete this survey, so that the Irish Heart Foundation can represent the proportion and scale of the invisible struggles being experienced by people living with this condition, with view to advocating for positive changes for this patient community.
