State of Social Listening 2026 Welcome to the State of Social Listening 2026Every year, The Social Intelligence Lab explores how professionals are using social and internet data within their organisations.The State of Social Listening study benchmarks how social intelligence is practiced today, from how teams analyse social data, to how insight is used within organisations and decision-making. To achieve this, we need the perspective of practitioners who work with social and internet data in their roles.This short survey contains approximately 30 multiple-choice questions and should take around 10 minutes to complete.
