Survey Objective:
The Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board is inviting all people in the labour force of Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford (the London Economic Region), aged 16 and over, to complete this survey and contribute to a better understanding of regional workforce experiences and expectations.

All information collected will be aggregated and shared publicly for regional and local planning purposes. Findings will be available at workforcedevelopment.ca in winter 2026.

Filling out the Workforce Survey:
Please click "Done" to submit your answers. The survey takes 10–30 minutes, depending on your labour force attachment in the last 12 months; embedded logic skips questions as needed to shorten completion time.

Prize Draw:
After finishing, you may choose to enter your name into a draw for a prize. Your name will not be linked to your survey answers and is used only for the draw. Prizes: one $200 grocery gift card, two $100 cards, and two $50 cards. Odds depend on total entries; based on expected participation, chances are approximately 1 in 100 overall (1 in 500 for the $200 card, 1 in 250 for each $100/$50 card).

Your identity is protected. All answers are kept in strict confidence and published in aggregate form only.
