This one-year leadership development program is designed to serve Admission and Enrollment Professionals with substantial experience working in independent, private, or parochial schools (at least five years at one or multiple schools).

Attendance at the AISAP Annual Institute (end of June 2027) is also a required component of the LEAP program, providing a key opportunity to engage with peers, apply your learning, and fully benefit from the program’s culminating experiences.
