FOREI x OBAAM Outdoor Business Survey

This survey is being conducted by the FOREI (Frostburg Outdoor Recreation Economy Institute) and OBAAM (Outdoor Business Alliance of Appalachia Maryland) to better understand the needs of outdoor businesses and nonprofits in Western Maryland. The first 30 respondents will receive a $20 prepaid gift card.

We’re seeking responses from owners and directors of outdoor recreation businesses or organizations, including:
  • Businesses: For-profit companies such as outfitters, retailers, manufacturers, campgrounds, lodging providers, guide services, and event organizers
  • Nonprofits: Mission-aligned organizations such as conservation groups, trail associations, and youth outdoor programs
  • Others: Food and beverage businesses serving outdoor recreators
The survey takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete and is anonymous. All responses are confidential. Your feedback will directly inform strategic planning and program development efforts.
