Celebrate Great Site Partnerships

The SCRS Eagle Award celebrates organizations that exemplify outstanding leadership, professionalism, integrity, passion, and a deep commitment to advancing clinical research success through strong site partnerships.

This year, the Eagle Award will incorporate several process changes designed to highlight site-focused priorities, celebrate collaboration across relevant business areas, and showcase actionable behaviors and outcomes.

For each question, research sites will evaluate the sponsors and CROs they have worked with on the following categories:
  • Business Development
  • Budgeting
  • Contract Language
  • Payments
  • Communication and Advocacy
  • Study Start-up and Planning
  • Representative Populations
  • Technology
SCRS will score performance across each category and determine finalists based on top marks and relevance to site sustainability.

In addition to identifying the Eagle Award recipients, survey results will generate valuable benchmarking data, providing company rankings across key evaluation areas. This competitive intelligence offers sponsor and CRO organizations critical insights into their perceived strengths, areas for improvement, and gaps from the site perspective. Importantly, it also serves as a strategic foundation for designing and prioritizing initiatives that strengthen site relationships, streamline operational processes, and guide investments for greater impact. All reports will be anonymized and no identifying information will be shared.

Please join sites from around the globe in selecting the sponsor and CRO to receive the 2025 SCRS Eagle Award. Voting is open to clinical research site employees only.

Voting is open through August 11, 2025. Finalists will be notified in August 2025, and the recipients will be announced during the Global Site Solutions Summit Eagle Award Gala on September 30, 2025.
