To be considered for LifeChanger of the Year, your nominee must be a community college professor or staff member (i.e, dean of students, admissions counselor, etc.) that demonstrates the following criteria:

A proven ability to make a beneficial difference in the lives of students
The ability to create a positive school atmosphere
Leadership within their school
A record of excellent performance at the professional level
Commitment to producing a nurturing atmosphere
Adherence to high moral and ethical standards

Please make sure to describe how your nominee demonstrates these criteria on a daily basis.
