INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the City of Long Beach’s Information Technology Strategic Plan Survey!

As the city defines its future technology path, we are interested in aligning with, and advancing, the City’s equity, accessibility, and inclusion goals so all Long Beach residents, businesses, and visitors can benefit from City services. In order to enhance the City’s business functions and service delivery, we are seeking feedback directly from all members of our resident community, business community, and visitors.

We want to know what you think about the services we provide, over the counter and online. The City recognizes the great value that Information Technology and the Web affords the City in meeting the needs of residents, businesses and visitors, so your feedback is invaluable. We will use your feedback to inform the recommendations in the final TID26 plan.
