Welcome to the Lincoln City's Housing Future Community Survey!

Thank you for taking the time to share your input. The City of Lincoln City is studying how much and what kinds of housing the community will need in the years ahead. This work — a Housing Capacity Analysis — will help the City understand and plan for local housing needs.

Your experiences and perspectives are an important part of this work. While the City does not build housing itself, and has limited influence over factors like housing prices or when property owners choose to develop, what we learn from residents helps ensure the City's planning acknowledges the housing challenges people face in Lincoln City. Your responses will help shape how the City understands and responds to those needs.
