For the 6th edition of the annual South African CX Report we are inviting business leaders to complete this short survey. The findings will supplement the data from our 2 000 consumer responses to build a picture of the state of CX in South Africa. The report, which is co-authored by ovatoyou, Julia Ahlfeldt CX Consulting and Rogerwilco, will be released in July 2024.
