To complete this application you will need to provide information about your current training programme including your national training number (NTN) and you will be asked to detail why you want to do the training and any relevant experience or training you have undertaken or have future plans for.

It is recommended that you speak to your training programme director as you will need to arrange time out of programme for experience to undertake the credential.

Applications will close at 5pm on 9 January 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to preference the available obstetric medicine training centres.
