Airport Industrial Network Servicing Plan – Feedback Survey

Introduction

The City of Salmon Arm is developing an updated Network Servicing Plan for the Airport Industrial Special Development Area (SDA), approximately 60 hectares of land identified for long-term light industrial growth.

The plan considers future road connections and infrastructure, including water, wastewater, stormwater and active transportation. The goal is to establish a practical servicing approach that supports development over time while considering existing property boundaries and the costs of infrastructure.

Your feedback will help inform refinements to the proposed road network, the preferred level of servicing, infrastructure priorities, and potential phasing and implementation approaches. Feedback will be considered alongside technical, financial, and operational requirements.
