Kroger Health PSA Poster Contest

Welcome to the Kroger Health PSA Poster Contest brought to you by EVERFI and the Prescription Drug Safety course. For the contest, students are asked to create a one-of-a-kind Public Service Announcement (PSA) poster utilizing what they have learned from the Prescription Drug Safety course and aligning to one of the prompts listed below. Submissions will be graded on both creativity and the ability to inform the community on prescription drug safety.

Choose 1 of the prompts below for your poster:
1. Raise awareness around the common misused and addictive drugs. Lay out the dangers and side affects as well as the legal and safety risks associated.

2. Describe how prescription drugs can negatively effect the brain and cause long term complications. Define terms like "withdrawal" or "tolerance" and their relationship to addiction.

3. Help people understand how to read a prescription drug label! Include ways to properly dispose of unused prescription medication in a safe way.

Three students will be awarded as winners. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $500 Gift of College Gift Card and a $150 Kroger Gift Card. Second place will receive a $500 Gift of College Gift Card and a $100 Kroger Gift Card and third place will receive a $500 Gift of College Gift Card and a $50 Kroger Gift Card.
