The Town of Kingston is currently updating their Hazardous Mitigation Plan (HMP). The Federal Disaster Mitigation Act requires towns to adopt and update a Hazard Mitigation Plan to be eligible for FEMA mitigation grants. The Plan offers the Town an opportunity to review its vulnerabilities and develop a mitigation strategy for emergencies including extreme weather events. Old Colony Planning Council is assisting the Town of Kingston with the distribution and evaluation of this survey. Thank you for your time!
