Kaua'i County Community Survey on Homelessness

Kaua'i County Housing Agency and the Kaua'i Community Alliance has partnered with OrgCode Consulting, Inc. to facilitate the creation of the Kaua'i Homelessness Strategic Plan.

As a member of our commuity your perspectives will provide insights on our response to the experience of homelessness and priorities for action.

The survey responses are anonymous to provide a safe space to express your beliefs and observations.

This survey will be open until Friday, May 10. Please share the survey link with family, friends, and colleagues to broaden participation from all across the island.
