Welcome to this survey!

The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission has partnered with Atlas Community Studios, a firm specializing in strategic planning and place-based economic development, and Broad Ripple Strategies to create a new Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and Resiliency Plan. According to the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), a CEDS is a strategy-driven plan for regional economic development, and is the result of a regionally-owned planning process designed to build capacity and guide the economic prosperity and resiliency of an area or region.

This survey is an opportunity for residents of Elk, Cameron, Clearfield, McKean, Potter, and Jefferson Counties to share personal perspectives about the current conditions affecting life in the region.

As a member of the community, you play a critical role in guiding the development of an interactive CEDS with your feedback and input. When responding to this survey, we ask that you answer the questions honestly and thoughtfully to lay the framework for the strategic plan that is ultimately developed. Your participation and input is a valuable resource for city leadership and your fellow residents.
