This award recognises outstanding leadership within Malta’s ELT sector, celebrating individuals who drive quality, performance and innovation within their organisations. It honours leaders across academic, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, and administrative functions who play a key role in shaping the culture, systems, and overall success of ELT schools. Recognition is given to individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, effective decision-making, and a clear commitment to continuous improvement.
By celebrating excellence in leadership and management, this award highlights the vital role leaders play in maintaining high standards, enhancing the student experience, and supporting the sustainable growth of Malta’s ELT sector.
Individuals who have previously received either the Inspiring ELT Professional Award or the ELT Career Service Award are not eligible for nomination.
