The KYOVA Interstate Planning Commission (KYOVA) is updating their Congestion Management Plan (CMP) and wants to hear from you! KYOVA serves as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Huntington, WV-KY-OH urban area. Their planning boundary includes Cabell, Wayne, and a portion of Putnam County in West Virginia, Boyd and Greenup County in Kentucky, and Lawrence County in Ohio.

The Congestion Management Plan is a systematic and regionally-accepted approach for managing congestion in the region. The Congestion Management Plan identifies areas of the region that have significant congestion issues and proposes strategies to mitigate existing congestion.
