* 19. Acknowledgements:
  • I agree as part of the assessment process, Invest Gold Coast (IGC) may undertake detailed company searches and background checks (e.g. ASIC search).
  • If selected, you acknowledge you will be willing to complete a short outcomes survey following the mission, listing meetings and export outcomes achieved or in process.
  • I understand a $3000 attendance fee will be invoiced to my company from Superyacht Australia if I am notified of my successful application (noting a $2000 rebate will be provided to you by IGC once the post mission survey is completed).
  • I understand that my company is responsible for all costs and logistics associated with booking our own flights, accommodation, freight, immigration and other costs associated with travel to the USA.
  • I agree to my contact details to be shared with the delegates travelling on the mission.
  • I agree to my logo and email address to be used on IGC's webpage and/or social media to promote my business.

  1. Making images or recordings, whether sound, digital or otherwise, of me (“Images and Recordings”);
  2. using, publishing or reproducing the Images and Recordings in any form (in whole or in part) and by any medium, including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, brochures, television advertisements, promotional videos, websites, CD-ROM or other multi-media, for public relations, promotions, commercial and advertising purposes (“Promotional Materials”); and
  3. retaining or storing the Images and Recordings (including those incorporated into Promotional Materials), in hard copy or digitally, including but not limited to, deposit of the Images and Recordings into IGC’s Corporate Image Library;
  4. supplying a copy of the photo resulting from this photo shoot, upon request, to the subjects appearing in the photos, any relevant associated institutions involved.
