Georgian Bay General Hospital Strategic Planning Community Survey

This is an important time within Ontario’s healthcare sector – and especially for community hospitals like Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH).

 

To guide and shape our future direction, GBGH is undertaking a strategic planning renewal process to help determine our areas of focus for the future. As we complete this important strategic renewal, we are seeking input from leaders, experts, and community members like you. This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and all results will be kept anonymous and managed by MacPhie, a third-party firm we have engaged to support our work. MacPhie will consolidate the information shared by all survey respondents before providing a summary to GBGH.
