Question Title

Los Angeles County Public Works' (Public Works) Equity in Infrastructure Initiative is currently underway and aims to better understand how Infrastructure projects, programs, and services can be more equitably achieved throughout Los Angeles County communities. The purpose of this survey is to gather information from the public related to experiences with Public Works' services. Your opinions will help us understand the priority needs in your community as well as shape Public Works' approach to providing responsive and high-quality services to achieve equitable outcomes across the diverse landscape of Los Angeles County.

During the course of this survey, you will be asked to answer questions related to Public Works’ services which include: 
  • ​​​Water Resources (Flood control, Drinking Water Quality, Water Conservation, Sewers) 
  • Transportation (Road Repairs, Traffic Safety, Community Transit Services, Urban Forestry, Airports, Bridges, Bike Lanes, Pedestrian Walkways) 
  • Environmental Services (Illegal Dumping, Industrial Waste, Landfills, Recycling/Organics) 
  • Construction Management (Management of Public Works Infrastructure projects, including Water Resources, Transportation, and Environmental Services as well as management of Capital Projects for other County Departments, including Animal Shelters, Beach/Park Facilities, Community Centers, Hospitals and Health Centers, Libraries, Museums) 
  • Municipal Services (Building Services, Permits, Inspections, Code Enforcement, Nuisance Abatement, Encroachment, Graffiti, Emergency Management [Disaster Resources, Wildfires, Storms])
