2026 LPN Registrant Survey |
Welcome!
This survey is designed to gather information relevant to today's current healthcare context. It's important to us, as a regulator, to understand what's happening in the health system and the impacts on our registrants and the care provided to Albertans.
Information from the survey can help inform the CLHA's activities that support LPNs in continuing to provide safe, high-quality care for Albertans.
Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated! The survey should take around 20 minutes to complete.
A note about consent and privacy:
If you choose to complete the survey, you will be entered into a draw for a chance to receive one of fifteen $50 Visa gift cards as a thank you for completing the survey.
- Participation is voluntary. There is no penalty if you choose not to participate and you may stop the survey at any time.
- You will be asked to provide your registration number. Your number is used to ensure the survey is completed only once and for the purpose of the gift card draw. After your information is collected, your registration number will be removed from the dataset to protect individual identification.
- Your responses will be kept confidential and will be securely stored. The survey data will be analyzed only after the removal of your registration number and will not be disclosed as identifiable information.
- Survey data will only be accessible to the CLHA Performance Measurement and Research (PMR) team. No other individuals at the CLHA will have access to your individual survey responses.
Please note: The survey may be easier to complete on a laptop or desktop computer rather than a phone. The survey will remain open until June 26, 2026.
