SIGCHI is a volunteer-driven community that transcends national and disciplinary boundaries, bringing together professionals worldwide to advance research and practice in the field of Human-Computer Interaction. At SIGCHI, we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where members from all backgrounds feel comfortable collaborating and belonging.
To ensure that we're meeting the needs of our diverse membership, we, the SIGCHI Executive Committee, would like to take this opportunity to get to know our members better and tailor our programs and initiatives accordingly. This survey is designed to solicit participation from all SIGCHI members. We welcome your feedback and suggestions on how we can create a more inclusive and valuable community for all members.
This data will be aggregated, and only analyzed in aggregated form. Checkbox or short-answer questions which could uniquely identify individuals in combinations with other such questions will only be analyzed individually. For example, we will analyze responses to questions about location to understand where our community works; we will not combine that location information with other answers.
