KLC Young Leaders Network Survey

Thank you for your interest in the Kentucky League of Cities (KLC) Young Leaders Network.

The purpose of this initiative is to provide KLC member engagement, networking, learning, and other opportunities for municipal leaders and employees under the age of 40. KLC would like your input on what you believe may be your anticipated level of participation in this network.

Please complete this short survey by 5 p.m. EST on Friday, Jan. 23, 2026. KLC greatly values your feedback as this initiative begins in the spring of 2026.
