This survey is for parents and carers of children & young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) who live in or access Education, Health or Social Care services in Stockport.
We would like to get your views on how well the Local Authority and Health Partners identify children's and young people's SEND, how well they meet those needs, and how effectively they improve outcomes for families in Stockport.
The views of parents and carers is essential in the design and development of local SEND provision and services so your feedback is really important. Your views will be published in a survey report and also shared in local area inspections with Ofsted and Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The survey would take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will close on 28th February 2026.
If you have more than one child / young person with SEND and your experience varies for each child / young person, please complete separate surveys for each of them.
