1.Introduction
This online survey is designed to explore the experiences of midwives working in maternity services across the country.
The survey is divided into themes addressing workplace conditions, personal wellbeing and staffing issues. It also aims to address the professional issues of importance to midwives, including the implementation and review of the National Maternity Strategy.
