Application

Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and the Illinois Film Office. All questions on the application MUST be completed to be considered for the program. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Participant Requirements:
• Must be an Illinois resident.
• Over the age of 18 with a verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Plans to work in the State of Illinois' film and TV industry.
• Available to participate in 80 hours of the training.
• Complete future employment surveys.
