Participants should ensure they have institutional support for the time required to attend this program. ·Participants will be expected to complete all homework and/or reading assignments between sessions.·Participants will be expected to attend and fully participate in all monthly one-hour virtual sessions. If participants cannot attend, then they must watch the recording of the sessions and be prepared for the next session. ·There are no refunds.·Participants will be expected to attend the 2026 and 2027 Alliance Annual Conferences in person sessions and a graduation ceremony. Participants will be expected to pay their own travel expenses to attend the conferences.·Participants will be given a peer partner to help them build cross-sector relationships and community.
