Healthcare is experiencing an increase in needs from an aging population. At the same time interest in many of the careers beyond doctors and nurses are seeing enrollment declines and lack of awareness and interest. The Kansas City Metropolitan Healthcare Council (KCMHC) is partnering with Real World Learning to provide a day of learning and development for teachers to understand the vast variety of careers available for students today in healthcare – way beyond nurses and doctors.
