Two-Step Nomination Process for 2026
This year, the Ethical Leadership Award will follow a two-step approach. First, an eligible nominator will submit a nomination on behalf of their candidate. Following the nomination, the nominee will then be required to submit a comprehensive application — including an essay on the importance of ethical leadership in real estate and how they personally exemplify it. This process ensures each nominee is thoroughly evaluated based on their achievements and contributions.
