* 1. KC TechBridge Survey Terms and Conditions

Purpose of the Survey:
The KC TechBridge project, funded by the Kauffman Foundation and operated by the KC Tech Council, is collecting stories and experiences from individuals navigating the Kansas City tech workforce. The goal is to inform a data driven, employer led strategy for growing and sustaining Kansas City’s tech talent pipeline.

Participation and Consent:
By completing this survey, you agree to share your personal experiences related to the Kansas City tech workforce.
Participation is voluntary. You may skip any question or stop the survey at any time.
Your responses will contribute to collective insights aimed at improving opportunities and equity within the local tech sector.

Confidentiality and Data Use:
Individual names and the names of organizations you mention will not be disclosed in any public reports or communications unless you explicitly indicate your consent at the end of the survey and confirm your approval in a followup discussion.
Survey responses will be analyzed in aggregate to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Kansas City tech workforce
Data collected may be shared with project partners, funders, and stakeholders, but only in a de-identified and aggregated format.

Voluntary Disclosure:
If you wish to have your name or organization associated with your story, you will have the opportunity to indicate this at the end of the survey. The project team will contact you to confirm your approval before any disclosure is made.

Data Security:
All survey data will be stored securely and only accessible to authorized KC TechBridge project staff.
Reasonable measures will be taken to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
