Northern Queensland PHN

Primary Health Networks have been established with the key objectives of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes, and to improve the coordination of care.

As part of this work, Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) works to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of after-hours health care.
"After-hours" means before 8:00am and after 6:00pm weekdays; before 8:00am and after 12:00pm Saturdays; and all day Sundays and public holidays.

Larter Consulting has been engaged to consult with community members and health professionals as part of the development of a North Queensland after-hours strategy and implementation plan, by the end of April 2020.

We would love to have your input.

This survey can be completed at your convenience, and will take 10-12 minutes.  The responses are confidential, and only identifiable by Larter Consulting.

It would be appreciated if you can complete the survey by 10 April 2020.

This activity is supported by funding from Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.
