We are undertaking a community survey on behalf of Plannery co for the proposed Club, Shop (liquor store) and Gaming for the Development Application at 3 - 5, 7 & 9 Westmoreland Boulevard and Part of 3398 - 3402 Pacific Highway, Springwood to inform the Social and Health Impact Assessment (SHIA) required in accordance with the Logan Planning Scheme 2015.

How data collected will be used:

  • Data Collection: The survey will collect data from community members regarding their opinions, preferences, and concerns related to the development project.
  • Analysis and Insights: Once the data is collected, it will be analysed to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Decision Making: The insights gleaned from the survey data will inform decision-making processes related to the development project. Stakeholders, including government agencies, developers, and community representatives. The data will be used to assess the project's impact, address concerns, and make adjustments as needed to better align with community preferences and priorities.
  • Transparency and Accountability: Transparency will be maintained throughout the process to ensure that community members understand how their data is being used and how it influences decisions.
  • Privacy: The data will be stored securely and will only be used for the purpose of understanding community sentiment in relation to the proposed development.
