By completing this online credit application and evaluation, you will be documenting your participation at this meeting, which is necessary to obtain your continuing education credits (CEU, CME, and CMLE). Your valuable feedback will also be used to assess the efficacy of this program and measure the long-term impact of this activity on the practice of professionals in the field of apheresis medicine.

The number of credits will be determined by how many live sessions and on-demand sessions you participate. On-demand recordings are now available through the Annual Meeting mobile app until November 15th, 2025.

Claimants are permitted to submit one ASFA 2025 Annual Meeting credit request for both live and on-demand.
