HearMe - Voice Hearers Support Group Survey

One Door Mental Health is planning to set up a support group for people who hear voices. The support group will aim to be non-judgmental and provide a stigma-free experience for people who hear voices.

One Door is looking for feedback about what you would like to see in a HearMe support group.

Your answers are strictly private and confidential. You will not and cannot be identified. You are free to answer or not answer any question you like.
