Thank you for your interest in serving as a mentor in the NABE Scholars Mentor Program. This program connects NABE Scholars with NABE members for career support and professional development.
Mentoring is designed to be flexible and relationship-driven. We ask mentors and Scholars to aim for at least one conversation early on, and then 2–3 touchpoints over the program period, as schedules allow. Virtual meetings are welcome, and we also hope pairs can connect in person at upcoming NABE conferences when possible.
