Bartholomew County is applying for a $500,000 grant through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) to support an Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) Program for income-qualified homeowners. If awarded, the program would help approximately 30 eligible homeowners complete critical home repairs, including Roof Repairs or Replacements, Heating and Cooling System Replacements, Water Heater Replacements, ADA modifications up to the threshold of the home, and in some select interior locations that improve ADA accessibility (ex: roll in shower, grab bars, etc.)
We want to hear from you! Your feedback will help the County better understand housing conditions and demonstrate how home repair needs are affecting local residents. Responses to this survey will be used as part of the County's grant application and will help identify community priorities and areas of need.
This survey should only take a few minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to share your input and help support future housing improvement efforts in Bartholomew County.
