Send your entire staff to this one-day jump-start. Each presentation and breakout session is filled with practical, hands-on curriculum ideas. We have an excellent group of presenters to provide all JSA instructors with tools, tips, and techniques to help them become better teachers, coaches and mentors to the junior sailors in your programs.

A program chair or non-instructor leader from each club is welcome to attend for free, as an observer with their staff.

All instructors, head instructors and program directors should attend this symposium. It will help the instructing staff at all JSA programs to share a collective understanding of how to run effective sailing programs.

Morning bagels/coffee/tea and lunch are included in the advance paid fee ($40 pp for JSALIS organizations and $45 pp for non-JSALIS organizations) or $50 if paid by check at door.
