Thank you for helping us bring to life three new improvements outlined in the 2014 Holly Shores/Edward Rendon Sr. at Festival Beach Vision Plan: a play area, trail enhancements, and a trailhead. This past spring, The Trail Conservancy (TTC) and the Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) spoke with 261 members of the community to gather ideas, themes, and priorities for the areas around the decommissioned Holly Power Plant.

Your responses to this survey will provide guidance as we develop conceptual designs for the play area, trail enhancements, and trailhead.
