- Leadership, Culture & Team Alignment: For recruiters managing teams, building culture, or leading through change.
- Candidate Experience & Retention: Practical strategies for improving the candidate experience, from first contact through retention. Sessions can speak to individual recruiters or to the leaders who own retention outcomes.
- Talent Pipeline & Compliance: Sourcing tactics and pipeline-building, along with the policy, risk, and strategic decisions involved in scaling a pipeline.
- Recruitment Strategy & Foundations: Core skill-building for recruiters. We especially welcome sessions with a "bring this back to your team" angle, so managers get something to take home too.
- Operational Excellence & Productivity: Budget planning, ROI reporting, analytics, and the decisions involved in running a recruitment function.
How We Select Sessions
- Balanced Program: We aim to offer a well-rounded educational program by selecting proposals that best fit the conference framework.
- Practical Application: Preference goes to sessions led by practitioners that offer practical, immediately applicable tools. We're looking for content that helps attendees improve their effectiveness on the job.
