WCN Health Care Facility Survey

This brief survey hosted by the Washington Center for Nursing in collaboration with the Washington State Hospital Association and the Washington Health Care Association is designed to collect information on current efforts to recruit and retain new graduate nurses (including LPN, RN and APRN) and retention efforts for all nurses facility wide. This survey is one of our short-term studies from our State of the Nursing Workforce Research Report.

It is estimated that it will take about 5-7 minutes to complete the survey


Results from this survey will be reported in aggregate and utilized to inform future programmatic and research strategies. Please complete your survey by April 6, 2026.
