Welcome to the first Commercials Contracts Industry Survey of 2026!
Whether you are a signatory or not, your feedback is extremely important so we can understand how to help you get the most out of the new Commercial Contracts. It also directly impacts decisions that are made now and in the future about the direction of the Contracts.
Results of this survey will not be individually attributed and will only be reported to the JPC in aggregate. Responses will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the JPC.
The survey should take about 5 – 10 minutes to complete and will cover the following topics: AI, Maximum Period of Use (MPU), and more.
