The Stillwater Public Art committee needs your help to choose the TOP 5 art submissions for the 2025 Utility Box Art Program! Voting is from now through Sunday, December 14, 2025.

The selected artwork will be printed on 3M vinyl by CareerTech Printing Services and applied to one of the identified utility boxes. Winning designs may be thoughtfully adjusted to better suit the size and shape of each utility box, ensuring the original artwork's spirit and integrity remain completely intact.
