HFTP 2026 Compensation & Benefits Survey

Since 1989, HFTP has produced a biennial Compensation and Benefits Survey and Report. This survey returns in 2026.

Why is this report important? This report provides a comprehensive picture of finance and technology professionals in the hospitality industry on salary, deferred compensation, bonuses, performance qualifiers, health care plans and certifications. It helps hospitality managers determine pay scales for their employees and themselves. The key to the best stats? Your participation!

Participants who complete the survey by deadline can enter themselves for a chance to win a free HFTP Academy course. HFTP nonmembers who complete the survey by deadline will also receive complimentary access to the final report. All HFTP members can access the final report for free.

Who should complete the survey? Hospitality managers, finance and technology professionals who work for a hotel/resort, club, management company, or other hospitality business such as a casino or restaurant, an industry vendor/supplier, or a consultancy.
