The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Thank you for your interest in participating!

To inform our 2023 legislative agenda and the work of the Commission on Racial Equity and Public Health, Health Equity Solutions is asking Connecticut residents to share their ideas and experiences. Community-informed policies are crucial if we aim to address community needs and avoid unintended consequences. Communities must have opportunities to voice their concerns and decide which policies should shape their experiences.

We are collecting demographic information to ensure we reach a diverse group of individuals. Your answers are confidential and will only be shared in the aggregate.
