Volunteering at Diabetes Canada/CSEM Professional Conference

This application collects key information from individuals interested in volunteering at the Diabetes Canada/CSEM Professional Conference, taking place in Vancouver from November 18 - 21, 2026.

Volunteer responsibilities may include checking in registrants at the registration desk, scanning attendee badges upon entry to education sessions, or monitoring sessions to support speakers and manage room flow.

Once you have filled out the application below, our team will review your information and begin assigning volunteers to roles based on availability and conference needs. You will receive follow‑up communication in the months leading up to the conference with details about training, scheduling, and onsite expectations. Additional instructions and orientation materials will be shared closer to November to ensure you feel prepared and supported in your volunteer role.

Volunteers who complete a minimum of 12 hours will receive complimentary registration to the Professional Conference. Please note that Diabetes Canada does not reimburse costs for travel, accommodation, or meals; however, lunch is provided for conference attendees and volunteers.
