The Northern Berkshire Youth & Family Collaborative is reaching out to parents and caregivers within the Northern Berkshire region to complete a short, anonymous survey about what activities you and your family are engaged with and where you get information about community events, activities, and programs.
This voluntary survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Any data collected by this survey will be kept in a secure location. Personally identifiable information (PII) is not collected as part of this survey. The data will be reviewed without any identifying information attached.
